It's a dog killer! Keep it up out of their reach! Also, the xylitol used in gum and found in packets is not the same as the naturally occurring xylitol found in food. It is made in a laboratory. Also, it can cause a painful laxative effect! /soapbox

I love the One brand. It has a tiny bit of juice in it. I live the guava. I drink one every day post workout. I mix my whey powder with it and top off with some water. It has more electrolytes than Gatorade without all of the sugar. They are 5/$5 at HEB

My doctor has told me whole milk is better as it is an unprocessed whole food. The heat processed that is used to remove the fat from milk destroys the proteins. walk! walking is great. I lost 30 pounds just walking 30 minutes a day. just make sure you get your heart rate in the 80% of max so you are in fat burn mode.

I prefer the treadmill. It is hot as hell here! At 9am when I can run it is already close to 90 degrees. I also need my music. I have no problem with the exercise. I can get to the gym 6 days a week and bust my *kitten*. The food is my problem. I just can't get control of it. I do great until the sun goes down. So maybe we can help each other out!

I have been strength training for two years now; it was slow to go in the belly area until I hit the treadmill hard. I now do 15 miles a week and it is melting off at a faster rate.
