Xylitol Gum has many great benefits:
1. It only has 1.7 calories per piece
2. It tastes sweet.
3. You can buy it in Cinnamon flavor, which I have read that cinnamon suppresses the appetite
4. It has been shown to reduce cavities!
5. I have experienced it to reverse my cavities.
6. Makes a great reward for weigh-losing behavior (I give myself a piece for having a 'good' day)

Here's a link to a picture of it with nutritional info (I'm not promoting that you buy it from company, it is the best website that shows calories):

  • It's a dog killer! Keep it up out of their reach! Also, the xylitol used in gum and found in packets is not the same as the naturally occurring xylitol found in food. It is made in a laboratory. Also, it can cause a painful laxative effect!
