I'm a YouTuber and TikToker and if I see my bulgy belly in a video, I delete and reshoot. My 13 year old says, "Nobody sees the belly but you". That's my petty reason, lol.

No. I finished them last night. I often weigh on Mondays and when I stepped on the scales this morning, I wondered why I'd put so much weight on since last week Monday and checked up the side-effects of the medication. That's how I knew.

At the start, more weight comes off as it's mostly water weight. It'll soon slow down to a trickle then you'd want it to speed up again, lol. Well done.

Is there any reason why it needs to be speeded up? I thought the slower we lose weight, the longer it stays off. Or is that a myth?

Mine stopped this morning. Came here to check it's not something I've done. The funny thing is today is supposed to be my rest day from Exercise but I decided to do a quick 15 minutes hiit this morning so I can eat later and nothing. Maybe it's my body telling me, 'hey!'
