Yes it stores the data from each training session and can tell you duration, calories, average HR, maximum HR and how long you were in the zone for.

I have the FT4 and I love it! I basically just wanted to track calories burned and it's great for that. It automatically talks to the heart rate monitor on the treadmill at the gym, so I can see my heart rate without looking at the watch. I have the silver one, but they have a pink one out now which looks cool.

Hi there, I have added you. I am in Melbourne, I will be 37 on Sunday and have a 2 year old little girl. I've got a good 20kg to lose. I find this site very motivating!

I use a HRM and average about 220. :_

I have tried it once before and only made it to Week 3 for a variety of reasons. Would love to give it another go! The idea of a weight loss challenge tied in is very motivating! :)

It's Monday morning here, so time for me to check in I think? My calories burned for the week were 2670. I had a 0 weight loss, but at least it is not a gain. Especially after the big weekend I have just had. I hate weighing in on a Monday morning... Looking forward to hearing how everyone else went. :)

I am doing well with burning the calories, just got to stop myself eating them too... I don't think my weigh in will be very good, but I will do my best over the next few days!

I am burning WAAAAAAY more than I normally do. I only hope it is enough to keep us in the game. It is hard to know what the other teams are doing, will be interesting to see the results after the first week. I have been very proud of myself, forcing myself to go to the gym and even doing my 30 day shred DVD at 11pm last…

Yes, we will need to be accountable somehow? Not sure of the best way to do it? Also Shred is a great one for losing inches, not necessarily weight, but I am still hoping to get the weight off anyhow, so I am up for anything.

Super excited. I have to do some maths to work out lbs instead of kg's. And not sure with the time difference here in Australia when your Sunday night is but I am pretty sure it is before mine, so I will get my results in in time. GO TEAM 2 ;)
