    Where are you girls? I am in Australia, so if you are in the USA, then I am ahead of you timewise. It is Monday today and I will start tonight. :happy:

  • maybe to make it a little more fun we can have every 2 people pair up and be a team too see who can lose the most weight by the end of the 30 days?!

    Yes, we will need to be accountable somehow? Not sure of the best way to do it? Also Shred is a great one for losing inches, not necessarily weight, but I am still hoping to get the weight off anyhow, so I am up for anything.
  • yea i have been reading and people have been saying they lost a little weight but alot of inches

    This is going to be like my 3rd or 4th time attempting Shred (for some reason I just fall off the planet about halfway through week 2, trying to make it through all 30 days this time!)

    ...but it always makes my knees really sore too, try taking some Ibuprofen to help with swelling, and if you need to substitute some of the moves that bother your knees. (like jumping, you can also march in place, step side to side like they do in turbo jam)....Its better than letting them get over sore and then stopping because you can't even stand...

  • I would love to be a part of this. I am brand new to this site. I am looking for lots of encouragement and support. I started the 30 day shred today. if we have to check in every friday I think this will motivate me to do it everyday! Once of my biggest problems if grabbing convenient foods. If anybody has good tips and/or recipes that are quick, easy and healthy then please feel free to send them my way!!!

    I have heard many people talking about this, and I would love to try it. Where can you find it online?

    I was doing P90X and Insanity, but fell off the wagon. Maybe this could be the jumpstart I need to get back on those.

    Anyone who wants please add me so I can see your progress, and hopefully I can get started this week.
