    Good job everyone!!!! I have not been keeping up with 30ds but still doing other workouts at the gym instead. Also just bought the Tracy Anderson mat workout DVD, tried it last week and I loved it. For everyone else sticking with this though, keep it up!!!

    11/1 day 1 level 1
    11/2 day 2 level 1
    11/3 day 3 level 1,
    11/4 day 4 switched it up to level 2 just for something new
    11/6: day 5 level 1 (skipped saturday the 5th b/c i ran a 10K race....BUT will do a double shred day this week to make up for it).
    11/7 day 6 level 1
    11/9 day 7 level 1 ..&
    ..........day 8 did level 2 (did 2 today b/c no time yesterday; still one day behind--level 2 def brings my heart rate higher)
    11/10 day 9 level 1...&
    ............day 10 did level 2 ( did 2 to catch up for missing on Sat the 5th)
    11/11 day 11 level 1....&
    ...........day 12 did level 2 ( instead of taking a rest day, I did 2 b/c saturday the 12th wont have time)
    11/13...ARHG rode my bike 48.5 miles and struggling with taking a shred rest day or doing it...or doing 2 tomorrow
    11/14...day 13 level 1 ( still behind 1 for Sunday)
    11/15...no shred just spinning (now 2days behind)
    11/16... Day 14 Shred level 2 and
    .............Day15 shred level 3(omg!) that's for the 2 I was behind. So as of now I'm one behind unless I do one more shred for today.
    11/17 no shred just spinning today--now 2 days behind...unless i shred now before bed...hmm

    used 5 pound weights for everything except shoulder raises to eye level had to use 3 pounders and for chest presses used 15 pounds.

    I have skipped some of the days, but I have been going to the gym and doing cardio a few times a week as well so far since we have started I have done 10 days total. But, I just read on a post today that Jillian Michaels didn't intend for people to do it for 30 days in a row... it def makes me feel better for skipping a few days.
    so what exactly did she say about how she intended it to be used?

    I am still on day 13 as i took rest days in between and in the morning I do yoga melt down of Jillian.. :-)

    My final stats are:

    Level 1: 10 times
    Level 2: 7 times
    Level 3: 8 times

    Didn't get the whole thirty days in but stayed with it.
    I have lost 12lbs but the inches was the big thing. I had measured the neck, waist and hips like on the spreadsheet but also arms, thighs, bust, under bust, lower stomach, calfs. For a total loss of 27 inches. I didn't get before pics but I am starting it again for December so I will be taking a before and after pic for this round.
