I was planning on starting on December 1st but screw it, I'll start tomorrow (well technically today). This will be my second time restarting, and fingers crossed I'll be able to stick to it.

How's everyone doing? Been almost a week since anyone (including myself) has updated. 24 days in and no chocolate! I'm really amazed at myself, but proud too.

I stopped drinking anything fizzy, two years ago in August. Best decision I ever made.

I'm 5'2 and my GW is 126 but when I get there, if I'm not completely happy, I'll keep going until I am happy.

I'd let myself go because I was so unhappy and I wanted to build myself back up again. And I wanted to have my photograph taken and not look like I was pregnant.

Go you! How are you finding it, three days in? -- I'm doing well, went past the chocolate aisle today in Tesco's and it all looked so good but wasn't really craving any of it. It's a really nice feeling. And without the chocolate, I seem to have more calories to eat more things too (:
