    I'm only about 5 pounds away from my goal weight, so I will join your challenge until February! Haha. I have two cruises and a beauty pageant (including a bikini portion) coming up, so I NEED to stay on track with the 1lb/week loss. Good luck everyone!

    Count me in! I have been a member of MFP for a long time, but never really took it seriously enough to lose weight. I am starting now, and intend to make it work. I weigh 180 now and my goal is 135 or 140. I can't believe I just made that public.... Now, I really have to do it!!

    My target for 2013 is to lose 55 lbs in total. This is little over 1 lb each week. I have been losing 1 lb for the past 9 months. Although it is difficult to continue doing that. But I will take up this challenge and will do my best to lose 55 lbs in 2013. Bring it on!!!!!

    My target is to lose 6 pounds a month...which is 1.5 a week...still completely doable. I have at least 100 pounds to lose, so this would get me going again!
