I went to groups and there is a group "2013 challenge to lose 52 lbs". I joined that group, because I'm not sure how to create a group and I'm not sure I want to be the moderator of a group. Come check it out.0

I just joined MFP this week and this challenge sounds like a great idea - count me in. I weigh myself on Tuesdays, so my weight this week was 168lbs. My goal is 128lb, so I have 40lbs to go. Friends and support would be awesome!0

I like that "SLOW AND STEADY WINS THE RACE" I like to join, commiting to losing a pound a week. That would put me at 12 lbs. of weight loss first quarter of the year. Last time I weighed I was 207.....may be more now. I've really been eating lately. Just now today coming to my senses.0

Sound like a great plan to revitalize my weight loss goals. In 2012, I lost 66lbs from Jan 1 to thanksgiving day 2012 (344lbs to 278lbs.). Gained 6lbs from Thanksgiving to now, which I am recovering from a complicated hernia surgery. I won't be able to get back to the gym until February at the earliest, so I will have to work the diet to lose weight right now. Always looking for some more MFP friends to help motivate.0

Count me in! My family and I decided (again) that this year needs to be the year we lose weight. We can all stand to lose at least 50-100 pounds each, so we're aiming for 50 by the end of the year with added cash incentive for whomever loses the 100.0

TREADMILL EVERY DAY (hubby got me a Nordic track x9i for Christmas)
WEIGH DAILY AND RECORD
DIET SODA 4 X PER MONTH
IF I EAT OUT IT WILL BE ON SATURDAY AND I WILL RECORD WHAT I EAT
RECORD ALL MY INTAKE
DRINK PLENTY OF WATER
LOG ON TO MFP DAILY
CHECK IN ON THIS CHALLENGE GROUP DAILY
BE MOTIVATIONAL AND SUPPORTIVE TO MY PALS
I will record my weight on 1/2/2013 and then every Monday there after0 -
