I have IC but have found no flare foods, and I tried cutting out all the "trigger foods", kept a food diary, tried low oxalate, but nothing seemed to help/hurt. Found out that my triggers are stress and hormonal. I am on Elmiron which helped tremendously as well as Elavil and Vistaril.

I work from home in the kitchen. I have set snack schedules for myself. Kind of reward for keeping working and looking forward to the snack break.

Played in youth/high school, then started again around age 25. Tore ACL about 6 years ago playing soccer. Had reconstruction and am playing again co-ed. Run as well. 41 years old, still love playing.

I am shocked at the prices listed for some RNRs. Just signed up for my 3rd year doing the STL RNR early bird for $80. Ended up being almost $90 with fees but still. I do enjoy the atmosphere and have not had any problems that other have mentioned at other RNRs. I also signed up for the Cowbell Marathon in St. Charles,…

SW: 155 CW: 132 GW: 128 UGW: 125 Goals this month: 1. Get back to logging in daily or at least during the week. I was at 125 pounds on maintenance and gained back i believe from lack of consistent logging. 2. Trying to get back to longer runs, which i find extremely hard in cold weather. 3. Try strengthening 1-2 per week,…

I am finding being accountable to someone helps. A couple weeks ago I joined Jantastic with a group from MFP and needing to keep my goal of 5 runs a week motivates me to keep going. I also try to remind myself that once the weather becomes warmer I do not want to have deconditioned myself to the point I can't do the longer…

Yeah, i got it but i am not affected by diet. Mine flares with stress and hormones. i am on Elmiron which has significantly helped me. What type of surgery did you have? I also had vulvar vestibulitis and had those tissues removed but the doctor said short of removing my bladder surgery was not an option.
