I don't know if anyone else has done this, but my mom used to boil it, like broccoli. It makes them tender, but just make sure that its not in the water for too long, otherwise it will get soggy.

I was looking for cardio and strength.. like something that can set up a plan for me.. you know.. like "do 30 set ups and run for 30 minutes today.." thanks for the ideas!

eww! Its says in the article that KFC recently took "fried" out of its name. What was it replaced with? "fat"?

great I found it! but the number doesn't seem right. It says that I can burn 728 calories by painting for 180 minutes. That seems a bit much.
