    There was a time I would have tried that.....so proud to be passed those days! I use to love KFC - I can remember eating at the buffet they have one time and getting the chicken but only eating the skin because it was my favorite part....now I never keep the skin on my chicken when I cook it!

    Why? Isn't the no-carb / low carb, diet kind of out of fashion right now? A few years ago, this would not have surprised me. But now, I think that 'all the bacon you can eat, but no bread' mentality has passed.
    And the chicken is breaded as well -- but I assume it might have fewer carbs than a bun.
    This just seems weird to me.
