I was running 3 miles 5x a week, and walking 15 min. 3.5mph warming up and 15-30 walking afterwards, then 10 min cool down. I am losing weight but by the 3rd day my body is so sore, but I guess its a good thing!

Well I just upped my workouts Monday, I haven't ran very long and just ran my first 4 miles without stopping! But I walk 3.5-4 mph 4-5 miles and run 3 miles 3 days a week and 2 days a week I just walk to give my legs a rest because I have shin splints that will flare up if I run everyday, I will add running Saturdays now…

I personally think running outside is a better workout than a treadmill. I run 4x a week and I try to run at least one of them outside. And it seems like everytime I do, I'm sore! It's the UPS and downs of the lil hills, I out myrun app on my phone and it is awesome for running outside! Good Luck and take your time:)

I have been running 3-4 days a week for the last 3 1/2 months and at first it was 4mph for 1/2 a mile and I was dead, now I'm running 3 miles non stop at either 5pmh or 5.5, but for some reason I run faster outside than on my treadmill because I can run 3 miles in 28 min, instead of the 36 on my treadmill?

I'm sooo in after a bad weekend! My goal is 800 a day for the next 7 days! I will reach my goal by walking and running!

I weigh and do my measurments once a week. Every Saturday morning when I first wake up. I workout M-F 45-120 min sometimes more if I have the time. I do my weight and measurments every Saturday morning:) I found if I weighed myself everyday and I gained I would get down and want to work myself to death, sooo now I'm loving it once a week because I'm losing everytime:)

I did take before pictures but only thought of it after I'd lost 7lbs, so I plan on taking another set when I reach my next weight goal 175! So as I make progress every weight goal I make it to I'm going to take pictures:) T:ohwell: he first ones I still look pregnant

Day 2! I think I did better? I did the HIIT dvd almost all the way through! Not move for move but I worked up a dripping sweat!!

I've lost 10lbs and 10 inches in 18 days:) But I don't notice a difference yet:( I still have 40+ lbs to lose so hopefully it keeps coming off and I'll be able to notice soon!

Well I tried today but had to re watch it 2x just to do maybe 10 min. Not because I was wore out, because I can't get the moves down! I was upset with myself, but I think pratice is what's gonna do it! I won't give up its just gonna take me a while longer and ill still have to my normal workout on top of the half attempt…

I have just started running too, and I could only run half a mile at first now I'm up to 2 miles in 22 minutes! It took me 2 weeks at 6 x's a week to get there:smile: Just keep trying for a lil more each time and you will get there.
