I love truvision. I have been taking just the weight and energy pill since November. I started at 270 and now weight 216.5. It keeps me from wanting food and gives me so much energy. I very rarely eat in between meals anymore.

I have hashimoto disease. I started dieting in November. I am down 54 pounds. I keep my calories around 1400 and my carbs I like to keep at 30 or 40. I have also been taking truvision weight and energy. I really helps me a lot.

I also take truvision weight and energy. I love it. I have been taking it since the first of November. I also stay at 1200 to 1400 calories too. I have lost 39 pounds and 19 total inches. (hips, waist, arms,legs and chest)

Drink lots of water. My son drinks dill pickle juice for leg cramps. His soccer coach told him about it. He says it works.

I weigh everyday before I shower. I think it helps me stay honest with myself.

My go to drink is van. vodka and diet coke

When I put on my jeans and they are a little bigger even if I have not had a change on the scales.
