I don't have any but that may be all in my head according to my therapist (we are working on more body issues than a subscription to Cosmo)2

Here's a couple.... About 8 days ago, I hemmed a new pair of pants that I've had for a while and could never fit into, and they are already getting too big for me in a little over a week.
I saw my Dr today and without even doing the blood work yet or having a physical, he said I looked great and seemed to be on the right track making some great changes. Just wait until I see him next time.......14 -
I love all these!
I'm full of energy, yet sleeping better. Woohoo!
Every day I eat to plan my self belief in myself grows. I'm gonna be invincible soon!7 -
Can I put in one more??? Ok I will anyway... I was wearing a very tight 48.... More like a 52... They got loose and I moved down to my 46s... I looked at a photo of me and thought my pants looked baggy. So I tried on my 44s .... Wow major win right??? Nope tried on my 42s.... I can get in them, they are still a bit tight, but they snap.... In just over 2 months...27

The car seat belt isn't tight anymore. I can actually move when I'm belted in now. (*)
I can't tell you how much this means to me. I was scared I would have to buy a car seat belt extension. That DOES NOT FEEL GOOD.
I'm paying attention to how tightly I fit in the front seat of my Kia Optima. Maybe one of these days I can sit on a plane and put the armrests down without them pinching my thighs.....5 -
It just FEELS SOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!!4

Finally I saw one I couldn't deny! I have my blood drawn often...at least once a month. I was always embarrassed by how far into the arm flab that damn tourniquet would cut...and it always hurt so bad. Today....barely any cut in and it didn't hurt nearly as bad!!!10

For anyone who hasn't seen it: "174,203 Ways to Measure Health (Besides the Scale)": http://whole9life.com/2012/08/new-health-scale/
The number might be slightly off.1 -

How awesome does it feel that NOT eating sugar FEELS like a victory? :sparkles: (MFP needs to add sparkles..) You got this, girl!
Yes,. mfp needs sparkles indeed.3 -
tried on a bunch of golf skorts that had gotten snug end of last year; fit just fine now!3

I love this. It's so great to read all these inspirations. I have three over the past couple of months.
I fly every so often for work. In the past I've been just barely able to get seat belt fastened and once had to ask for an extender. The last few trips I have been able to fasten the seatbelt without sucking in, turning red, and banging into the person in the next seat while struggling.
This one happened this weekend. I put on a pair of jeans that had been too tight to button. They buttoned. AND, AND.....I concealed carry and my inside-the-waistband holster and gun fit too.
This one was this morning. Grabbed a pair of jeans that I hadnt worn in a while to put on for work this morning. They were too big. Hadda grab a belt too.

I've got way more energy to use the stairs at work while most of my co-workers wait for the elevator. I'm viewing the building where I work as an opportunity to burn more calories for free.... It's now easier and more fun to just keep moving. I wouldn't have been able to do this 68 pounds ago. I'm in training to be able to go up all 5 floors without stopping for rest. Everyday, a little further to my fitness goal9

Wowzers! Look at you go. That must feel soooooo good!!1 -
This! The first time I could feel the seat belt on my hip bones was amazing!1 -
Oh yeah, it was terrible to go shopping hungry! I'd buy everything lol, but now I don't venture into any of the aisle, except for spices and oils, and only shop around where all the fresh stuff is.
If I'm not hungry when I go to the store, I'll only buy cleaning supplies or kitchen gadgets!4 -

LMAO!! It's so weird shopping now as I don't really GET hungry. The other day found myself just wandering around the grocery store out of habit. I didn't NEED anything. Or particularily WANT anything (except a nap) but my go-to before would have been carbs so there I was at the store :-) BTW I didn't buy anything. I went home and had a nap. Yay!

This morning, feeling peaceful and curious, I actually tried to get myself to crave my usual favorites: Tollhouse bake and eat cookies, and B&J Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream. Neither got a rise out of my appetite, but I *did* remember the stomach aches they'd give me.3

Hmmm...now I'm wondering if I can make a cookie dough approximation with coconut flour. I was always confused as to why the cookie dough at the store always had baking instructions when it's meant to be eaten with a spoon.4 -
I bought size 18 shorts and size 16 tops in the past week. Both are marginal right now, but wearable and I am only getting smaller. I was in 28 pants and 30 tops when I started. I have lost faster in the top half, by a bit. I can feel my collarbones and it freaks me out a little bit.
I work a retail job and have zero problems being on my feet/walking for all the hours that entails, not to mention all the bending, squatting, and ladder climbing that goes with it.
Another parent (male, the team manager, a great guy) told my husband how amazed he was at the difference in me (Hadn't seen him since November).
Oh, the seat belt doesn't lock on me in the passenger seat when I lean forward anymore and when I drive I feel really far from the steering wheel lol.
When I lay on my side in the bed, I can feel my knees pressing together and have to shift them slightly.
I no longer make excuses to sit on my *kitten* when I go to places with my kids, instead doing ALL THE THINGS>12 -
Oh, that reminds me! My husband said to me pretty early on, "Honey, you're losing weight! You don't waddle anymore!" LOL, I guess these thunder thighs were really getting in my way!5

Not a victory per se, but today did my first exercise class in decades! Zumba was fun, but spent quite a lot of the time wishing my waist was as tiny as the instructor's.4

I am going to buy me a Kim Kardashian corset. Train my waist to be small.

I have hip bones, who knew5

I just donated all of my 4XL/4XLT shirts to Goodwill. They've been too big for months, but now they are just hilarilously huge.13

So it seems like winter is over here in North Carolina, its going to be 60+ for the next week. I pulled a bunch of shorts out of my dresser that I was wearing last summer. They are all way too big now [/quote]
Isn't that the best feeling. I went through my closet the other day and donated 2 garbage bags of my clothes that don't fit anymore. AND I am not ever going to buy that size again.
