I have been having an emotionally, and spiritual break down the last two weeks. This has caused my weight to jump from 147 lbs, back up to 153 lbs. I am lucky my weight did not get any higher. Eating over 3500 calories a day for the past two weeks.
I honestly don't know how well I will do this month. But right now I am more focused on feeling better mentally, and spiritually0 -

Successes/struggles this week: No struggles other than being a little more tired getting some overtime at work and a sore shoulder I am going a little easy on today.
Success is absolutely coming in off a 5inch loss overall last week to a 3.8lb loss this week at the start of a challenge. Did get a lot of work done around the house so I'm de-cluttering and getting ready to donate out things I don't wear as well as extras the family doesn't need. Feels uplifting to be able to do this and is keeping up with my personal challenge to keep bringing in more positivity.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: Winter is the hardest time for me to lose and/or maintain my weight. In October I was at 186 lbs -- only 10 lbs from my goal weight. Then the holidays hit, and I have been really struggling to get and stay on track. So excited for a new month to start, and a new start
