Have you looked at Miccis ladder on the beachbody site? Here's the link http://teambeachbody.com/eat-smart/michis-ladder It has a list of several foods & whether they are a protein a fat or a carb. It may have some alternatives.

The calculation is crazy so definitely get a HRM, I did the P90X Core Synergistics yesterday and while I was ready to collapse by the end of it I only burned just under 300 calories. Of course it was my first go at it and I didn't so all 58 minutes only 47 :wink:

Started yesterday with P90X, I was able to get through 47 minutes & 18 of those were the warm up & cool down. :bigsmile: I feel ya, I'm so sore today too so I guess it worked. This afternoon is Cardio X, I'm hoping to get through the whole thing. If not I figure it should get better. :happy:

Started last week, just got some samples from my coach. It's a bit pricey so I'm going to see if I can get something locally that's close in nutrients but not in price :laugh:

You can go to the FOOD tab ---> SETTINGS then you can change the drop down items tracked & how much. Hope this helps :smile:

So I went to the Sports Authority last night to check out HRM's, I ended up buying the FT4 for $89.99. I didn't get a chance to try it out will do that tonight and give a full report tomorrow. Thanks to all that posted their advice.:happy:

No worries, I searched high & low to see if this had been posted elsewhere. On a side note, I had a Sportline 1025 that worked for about 3 minutes. I called customer service only to find out they were only open Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm, took 4 tries to get a hold of them and when I finally did I was handed off to 4 people. The…

I agree with kthom, you're not getting enough calories so your body goes into starvation mode. You need to eat more, use the food calorie calculator on the site to help you figure it out. It will ask you some basic questions to figure how much you should eat, you'll see a difference.
