If you are loosing weight on those numbers, increase your carbs, since you are bulking (reverse dieting)? I usually recommend people to increase their total calories and let MFP calculate their numbers. You need between 0.3 - 0.6 grams of fat per pound of bodyweight. I have found this a problem also. Except I have been drinking a lot of milk and eating more wheat bread than I ever had. I am going to stop the wheat and milk, and stay with the whey, hopefully it will stop. Do you have milk with your protein? Maybe a correlation?
