Can u tell me more about what you eat? I'm also 5.3ft. 13st 12ibs .I go gym 3* a week do cardio some days strength.but weight isn't shifting.

Ive just restarted mfp and having another attempt to lose 30 ibs. I ordered turbo fire and im on day 2. Its great fun. You can look it up on youtube. All the best.

Wow u are doing great. I started my diet 4 weeks ago.first week i lost 8 ibs and the other 3 zero. So tell me please what else r u doing or eating to have lost this much weight in just 4 weeks.

U should just ignore the vomment and make it positive by working hard to achieve what you want. Why are we in mfp in the first place? To lose weight and to ptove to ourselves that we are much more stronger than we think we are. Ignore what she or anybody else says.why give her the time of day. You are much better than her.…

don't worry about exercise in ramzan. store your energy. the best thing to do is to eat low fat at iftar and drink plenty water. if you lose weight great or atleast maintain not gain. we'll go back to exercise after ramzaan.

well done.u've done really well. my problem is tomorrow i will have to wake up before my kids wake up and do the dvd. i don't like an audience when i workout at home.gym is different of course cuz we are all in the same boat. but making time at home with other people around is hard. plus my 8month old baby wakes up…

i started today and i hate the one where you bend side ways and lift the weights. i think it comes in the last set of circuit. i only use 1.1 weights but its a killer after a while. and also the bycyle one on the floor. ouch

i just started 30 day shred today at level 1 and its really effective. it is hard, but who ever said losing weight is easy? But if we stick together the hard work will pay off.

hi, i'm on day 2 and so far so good. but i'm scared i might crave again like i always do and indulge my self with food and big portions. I still feel hungry even though i snack and drink lots of water. How are you getting on?
