It has been hard for me also. I have been trying my best by getting my food together for the nexr day or two and keeping fruits and vegetables around instead of chips. Since i started seriously trying to lise weight i have lost 2.5 pounds in a week. I only drank water, exercised everyday, and stayed in my calorie range. I am not on birth control but have heard it makes you gain weight or harder to lose weight. I try to do an hour exercise a day or more when i can. Everybody is different…

I stayed within my calorie range, ate healthier, and drank water this past week. Also tried to get in some form of exercise everyday. This week i want to try to continue these goals but up my exercise.
