It has been hard for me also. I have been trying my best by getting my food together for the nexr day or two and keeping fruits and vegetables around instead of chips. I brought chocolate at the store this week so i have been eating those and caved in and had pizza hut last night. It is hard but i just try to do better…

Since i started seriously trying to lise weight i have lost 2.5 pounds in a week. I only drank water, exercised everyday, and stayed in my calorie range. I am not on birth control but have heard it makes you gain weight or harder to lose weight. I try to do an hour exercise a day or more when i can. Everybody is different…

I exercise with my baby right now walking and such. I am trying to get into the routine of working out first then add some strength training etc.
