I think that is the case EVERYWHERE -- I would think it would be easier in a warm climate though -- winter all you wanna do is hibernate in a big sweatshirt and eat warm comfort foods!!! and winter here is like 8 months -lol!! But then again, I LOVE the hot weather probably cause we rarely have it! Best of luck to you -…

Once in awhile it's not a bad thing! But sodium does make you retain water as that is how your body flushes/overcompensates for the extra sodium. So probably don't weigh yourself tomorrow - lol! and drink extra water and you should be just fine. :flowerforyou:

Get yourself a George Foreman Grill.....it makes amazing chicken, vegetables, hamburgers, etc.....easy, fast, yummy!! It quickly sears the outside and keeps the inside nice & juicy.....tastes better than the regular grill :flowerforyou:

Well, I exercise alot and watch what I eat and am pretty much at my goal weight -- which is what I weighed before having my 3 kids (my last one was 14 years ago!) - and NO it doesn't seem to go away -- I think it is stretched out skin and we must deal with it ~ like a Mom Badge or something - lol!!!
-
I find if I wear mine too long (like all day!) they make my shins hurt......but they are REALLY comfortable. I don't think they really do anything though to be honest! But since I am short, they are like my high heel tennis shoes - lol!!! Great goals by the way!!! @lina1131 --- your cartoon is FABULOUS!!!

I actually rarely go over 1000mg by choice! I seem to have a sodium intolerance and if I do - my legs and ankles & feet will swell up.....started happening after a trip to Mexico about 5 yrs ago. If I monitor it I feel fantastic with only 1000mg or less! I agree about the potassium though - make sure you are getting enough…

Yes I agree - I think you need new shoes... Congrats on keeping up with the running. It's tough to transition to the treadmill after being used to outside, but is sure is nice to have it there anytime you want to go for a run no matter the weather! I do find on my treadmill that it is more comforable to always have a…

Actually I do pilates after a vigorous workout sometimes! It really helps to stretch and loosen up. I find that it is hard to do pilates before warming up a bit - I'm not very flexible - lol !! :)

HI -- I really think you should give the "switch' a try..... I did curve's for awhile too and found myself getting board and stopped seeing results as the routine is always the same - variety is what keeps me going. It's nice to be able to do the treadmill, an eliptical, a stairmaster, switch up just doing arms one day and…
