I’ve been taking insulin since 1985. It does not make you gain. Calories do. Beginning diagnosis can cause havoc...makes sense to take in too many calories. Plus, eating for lows counts! Just cause it saves your *kitten* does not mean it saves your waist 😂 Low carb is your best bet. It will save your life. Read Dr…

CW 207.2 Start 214.2 I think all my good days from before the challenge have caught up. @MissTeriAnn This is going to be a great season for you! I’m meal prepping tonight too. I need it this week.

I can totally relate to this! I didn’t weigh or log yesterday, as it was a weekend. But I was back at it today. SW: 211.2 CW: 211.4 🤨🧐😒

I think my fist will be adding cardio. I even fell off the walking wagon...and the rainy season is here. So, I need motivation for that. I know from experience I get better results.

Good goal! Sobriety is liberating. I thought it would be boring, but when I decided to quit I knew it was right for me. My life is so much better...much easier.
-
Sure thing. I need some motivation through the holidays...
-
Add me! Married the woman of my dreams just last year 😉

It’s my favorite low impact, ever

I notice that high protein lunches curb my night snacking. Hope that helps...don’t give up. Everything is just a stage...
-
This has happened to me before...it was two of the above mentioned: bad days taking my deficit, and not measuring properly. Also, I wasn’t adding in oil cooked with etc. Everything makes a huge difference.

Fresh starts are my favorite...everyday, a new beginning. Thanks for sharing!

Great job! It always feels worth it :)

It depends on the persons settings. I can see most of my friends on my app. But only look when they ask for advice. I think it’s kinda creepy....so I leave mine private. Ashamed of the brown rice, I guess 🤣

Water helps, for me. To curb the hunger. If I listen to myself too much, it’s too much. But protein is awesome, regardless

I once at 1200 a day, and only lost 2 pounds in 3 months. Then 25 ish fell off in the preceding months. I guess it just takes time. Work = Results!
-
YouTube has a lot of non boring cardio. Cycling outside....hikes in the woods....taking a class out of the house a few times a week/month helps keep things alive
-
That it’s ok to go back to “regular habits” in Maintainance mode. It’s a lie I even believed for myself!

Turkey sausage or ground chicken with eggs

Because my knees hurt and food doesn’t work for me anymore...
-
Creamer killed my weight loss. I now use 1/2 c unsweetened vanilla cashew milk with sweetener. Only 13 additional calories. Coconut creamer is low in cal...but it’s super thin.
-
Lots of motivation here. It all starts with a decision.
-
Thank you...I know there has to be a few, somewhere!
-
Yes, yes you can

You have to figure out if you are eating to satisfy hunger or just to snack. either way, if you’re under count it’s ok.

I almost didn’t make it into my wedding dress. It was close. That’s when I made changes.
-
Up another 250 ish. My weight loss and gain are always on a delay
-
It is definitely not all downhill for me! But sometimes I’m shocked by how quick they drop or how long I plateau

You might be in a starvation style mode because of the nursing. Add more water and 300-500 calories? But sometimes it just takes time. I need a month for progress
