  • I have them and I love it. It is great to do at home and if you buy dumbbells and weight balls it really makes you break a sweat.
  • if u guys are always hungry (and I have days where I can relate). Try and eat many small meals and snacks. You might feel like you are eating every hour or so but who cares as long as all of your snacks and mini meals reach your calorie goals. When I am at work I like to munch and I often have a variety of fruits, and…

  • eat if u are hungry....easy as that  If you get hunger pains at night then have a fruit and a glass of water and go back to bed. Don't over complicate things.... excess calories and hungry = eat, excess calories and not hungry = don't it. :flowerforyou:

  • lol I am 4'10, 172 lbs and I now have those arms that never stop waving. You know what, who cares, if you can wear shirts comfortably then it doesn't matter size arm you have.

  • I hate those things and yes they are small but WW Points goes by Cals, Fat and Fibre and usually (if a lot) Fiber is deducted from the overall points which means something CAN be high in calories but reasonable in points if the fat is good and has a lot of fiber. But I'd stay away from those cakes. I rather eat a spoonful…
  • Many women fear resistance training, believing that it will add bulk to their physique and make them appear masculine. Even those who realise it is an important part of an exercise regime may still feel apprehensive about approaching weights. It could be the very large, scantily clad men huffing and puffing in the weight…
  • Awwwww congrats. that is SO amazing
  • absolutely. I love these things. It was my life saver on weight watchers. Such a great chocolate impact and hardly any calories.
  • you've already gotten over with it. what's done is done. Now go make a salad when you are hungry tonight and forget that you've even had that chocolate. In fact, what chocolate? You've been doing great today. Go exercise and feel better and make tomorrow even better.
  • You could also just add these fruits to your daily intake of fruits and you'll just be totally healthy
  • *sigh* I unfortunately broke it off with him. He was too much of an obstacle and man oh man his look of disgust and confusion toward my new way of life was just heart breaking. He thought I was f'n nuts to be trying to eat so healthy. He couldn't understand why I just dont eat what I want.
  • DONT starve yourself. Where will this lead you? To be temporarily happy on the outside but sad on the inside? Do you want to walk around tired all the time?? do you think that having a flat belly, thin limbs and maybe sagging skin will make you ultimately happy? The reason SO MANY of us try and fail at losing weight is…
  • I already love Asian Pears (been eating these for years) and I also love Lychees. So good.
  • For perfect blood pressure Good: Bananas Better: Fresh figs Why: Six fresh figs have 891 mg of blood pressure-lowering potassium, nearly 20% of your daily need--about double what you'd find in one large banana. In a recent 5-year study from the Netherlands, high-potassium diets were linked with lower rates of death from…
  • We are the same. I dont love food but I dont hate it either. lol My problem is emotional eating and I often eat things that I don't really care for, it is just psychological for me. And I don't think its fair that I have to give up on so much just because my genetics are different then others. But I guess we live in an…
  • vodka and cranberry - those drinks are usually watered down anyways.
  • yup, every little thing you do consumes energy. But I wouldn't count that into my caloric intake; its just part of your life. Sleeping burns calories too
  • nah... I am not at the point where I am getting those "hurt my back so bad cuz I too get a good look at you" looks yet. soon hopefully
  • I love the unexpected muscles yoga gives you. it toned my arms and shoulders so well, I just loved it!
  • absolutely go slowly, I once did it too fast and like you boy did I get taught a lesson. lol Gradually up it with Fibre1 cereals, all bran bars and don't forget natural soluble figures like pears, apples, spinach. Kidney Beans has A LOT of fibre. Just add one thing a day or week, its up too you and try to eat those things…
  • he's a f***ing flipping idiot.
  • uhm, yea, that DOES sounds yummy.

  • damn. I am so sorry. I am speechless. I am sorry good people get caught in these stupid messes. :noway:
  • While I didn't eat great today, I did do 1 hr of yoga and then an 1 hr of cardio.
  • Well... being a West Indian who eat a lot of spicy food, I guess it only goes for those who dont eat it a lot??? My family (very large family) is split down the middle. Some are very overweight and others are perfect thinness for their height. And we ALL eat spicy food and those overweight ones certainly love it too.
  • I weigh myself every Monday morning, after I do all of my 'business' and before I get dressed for the day and have my breakfast. Pretty much I weigh myself almost as soon as I have awoken. It is a nice little routine and one that kind of scares you into doing well over the weekend when you know you have a Monday…
  • WOW. U get to eat that many calories and still lose weight. wtg. that is awesome
  • you know, you CAN go over. I dont see anything wrong with being 50 calories under or over by that amount or slightly over. Life doesn't mean it has to set in concrete. Just do your best and do some more exercise if u find yourself going over by a 100 calories or so,
