Logging all meals - 3/7. I seem to have doing worse each week instead of better...didn't even attempt to track my meals today since we are going to a super bowl party. I realize now that was not such a good idea :(

I did great Monday through Thursday afternoon. Dinner out Friday and Saturday ruined me. Today I sort of gave myself a day off. Back at it tomorrow.

Trying to figure out a good way to track water intake, snacking etc...are the rest of you using any devices or charts for monitoring your progress??

I need to make so many adjustments...no snacking after dinner is definitely one of them...increasing water intake too - I would love to join you all if this group is still active...maybe we could find other common goals and add a new one each week??

work is killing me this week...I've been getting my workouts and water in. Haven't done so great about logging meals but will keep trying.
