I've done 21DF eating in the past...I didn't buy the system, just some generic cups and used them to measure my meals. I actually really liked it. It helped me adjust to what actual portion sizes should be and to eat less processed foods. In the past I did it and lost 9 pounds in the 21 days. I am currently getting back on…

Workouts 3 & 4 are significantly harder than 1 & 2. I am struggling, but I definitely felt a difference after 1 & 2 so I can't imagine how i will feel after 3 & 4 are completed.

This is what happens to me. If I allow myself to cheat, it's hard for me to get back on track again. I'm starting over after a 6 month hiatus of cheat days.

Thanks to everyone for the supportive messages. We can do it! On a brighter note, I just changed my profile pic to one taken last weekend. I'm still looking smaller than I was this time a year ago. So there's that

You would lose, but that's not enough net calories to be successful, IMO. You'll be so hungry that it will be easy to fail. 3500 calories = 1 pound. So if you reduce your cals by 500 a day, either thru restricting food or working out, in 7 days, you'll lose 1 pound.
