If you like Fizzy drinks, why not get a carbonater and carbonate diluted sugarfree / no added sugar juice?

Good job buddy!

This is the oddest thread I've come across yet. Everyone is hating on your friend because they said you guys failed, which you did (you failed to complete what you set out to do). They didn't call you a failure, or at least that's what comes across in your post, yet everyone is telling you to get a new friend simply…

I'm 25, lost 24lbs and 113lbs to go. Feel free to add me.

I don't have a clue what Freshman 15 is, probably because i'm English, but good luck none the less :)
-
Hey, feel free to add me. I have 113lbs to lose, lost 24lbs so far and will, without a doubt, lose the rest.
-
Welcome Brandie. Good job on the weight loss so far. I've got 113 to go, with 24lbs down it's still a long and rocky road - well, in an ideal world i'd have lost the weight by this time next year.
-
I'm originally from Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, but i currently live in Bournemouth. Feel free to add me.

Hey buddy, Welcome to the site and well done with the progress so far. Nick.
-
Aren't you supposed to look older with age? You look the exact opposite, good job.

Hey India (beautiful name to match the beautiful face). My name is Nick, got a lot to lose, but 30lb down. You'll love it here, lots of nice and encouraging people - good luck on your venture and, have fun shaming that douche that called you ugly and fat - not to mention the so-called 'friend' :)
-
People saying or even thinking she's fat need a) shooting or b) assessed for mental illnesses.

Welcome to MFP good lookin'! Rule #1: do NOT deprive yourself of what you love 100% of the time. If you have a really bad craving for chocolate, have a piece. If you have a really bad craving for something else, have it now and then. Completely removing the foods you love from your life will usually result in failure 90%…

My motivation was looking in the mirror, seeing that I look obscenely obese, plus never being able to find awesome clothes that fit.
-
Congrats on the progress but, uhm, how come your face has been obscured?
-
Good job!

I'm not kidding myself, it's a given fact that you can eat what you want and lose weight - it's not something I'm advocating and neither is it something that I do myself, but I'm saying it's possible. People seem to think you can only lose weight by totally cutting out junk food, which isn't true and whoever says it is…
-
In what respect?
-
But if you're eating the stuff you love, albeit not as much as you'd like, why would you give up and yo-yo diet? You have more chance of doing so if you completely eliminate 'junk' food from your diet.
-
Yeah, I think the reason most people fail with their diets/lifestyle change, is because they, for some reason, believe that cutting out all junk food is a must, but it really isn't.
-
How was it a "binge"? Did you go above your calorie goal? If not, it's not a binge, or anything that resembles the word.
-
I need to lose 107lbs, lost 31lb so far. Anyone feel free to add me.
-
24 here, feel free to add me

Lol, so this article and many of the people on this forum are suggesting that I should not do cardio to lose weight? So if I burn 300 calories and don't eat these calories back in food, it won't result in weight loss? What is this crap all about? Surely it doesn't even make scientific sense...
