I have been on Mounjaro for two weeks and have lost 6 lbs. I find it really hard to make it to 1500 cal per day. I am simply not hungry. Are you finiding it difficult to get to 1500 cals per day?

thanks for the quick responses. it is true I have not been meeting my protein goals I usually average around 75 grams... which is not enough but I find it very hard to eat 1400 calories and get 100 grams of protein unless all I eat is chicken and protein shakes... gonna have to find some way to get more protein

I got diagnosed in Nov, I decided to make a change and I went to the dr last month and he said "you have cured yourself" ... no more meds for me!!! if you chage the way you eat and exercise more you can get off these meds. I am living proof. Good luck OP

mostly around TOM I dont feel like it, and sometimes I don't... skipping a day or two is not going to matter in the long run. sometimes I go to they gym and just have a bad day, can only run for 10 mins, get tired, cant do usual weights... I try not to obsess
