I started at 252 in Feb and 43.3 %bf 236 in apr and 41.8% 225 in june and 39.8 % 208 today with 38.1% is there anyway to figure out the ratio of fat loss to muscle loss with these numbers... ready...set....go!!!!

protein bars for my birthday!!!
My team at work knows I have started a nerw healthy lifestyle so to celebrate my birthday we had chocolate protein bars instead of cake and ice cream. I thought that was very thoughtful and supportive of them. Anyone else have experiences when people around you jump on board ?

can you gain muscle while eating at a deficit?
Take into consideration that I am 68 lbs above my goal weight. I work out 4x week, 45 mins of strength training, and 30 mins of cardio. Problem getting enough protein???
I struggle everyday to get enough protein. I try to eat 140 grams a day. I have 70 lbs to lose and work out 4x a week for an hour at minimum. On average I et about 1500 cals a day.!any ideas on how to get more protein. I have 1scoop protein shake daily... Diary is open... Help please!!!
