Eating below BMR?

I have about 70 more lbs to lose. I eat about 200-300 cals less than my BMR. I always eat above 1300 cals and focus on my macros...diary's open if you wanna look. I am consistently losing weight. I don't feel hungry all the time. Everything seems good but I'm wondering could i get the same results eating at my BMR. I work out 4x a week... Thought please

^^^Moral of the story is if you lose weight with a large calorie deficit like you're attempting to do, you're only making it harder on yourself...0 -

70 lbs of excess fat can supply >2000 calories a day so you're good to go for now.
BMR is not a consideration in setting your calorie intake, other than as a component of TDEE.0 -

I also have to eat under my BMR too and will stick with it0
