my fitness pal suggested that I should reevaluate due to me losing weight. It says I should eat 100 less cals than I have been. do I really need to do this? diary is open

You don't have to, you will just lose at a slower rate.0

The more weight you lose the less food you need to sustain your weight.0

Don't fix what isn't broken. If you are losing weight and not having any issues then leave your calories as they are. If you stop losing then drop the 100 calories.0
