Yes! I think it's realistic! My starting weight was 167, and I am now stuck at 150 (for several months now). Just can't seem to hit the 140's! But I'm not giving up! Trying to switch some things up to see if there will be a change. My goal is to be between 135-140 Ibs. Anyone feel free to add me! I need some new friends :)…

Wake up with determination, go to bed with satisfaction. Sometimes I count backward from my current weight to my goal weight :)

Almond Joy Oatmeal (If you like coconut) 1/2 oats 3/4 almond milk 1 Tbsp. I add a little bit of honey, peanut butter, and cinnamon and then dip apple slices in it...so yummy!! I also use it in chicken salad in place of mayo and as an alternative to sour cream.
