  • I follow a strict meal plan that has calories already figured out- I don't stray from it, so I don't feel the need to to type in the same thing everyday- also, I'm not gaining weight, in fact I'm down a whole pound in 5 weeks, but my measurements are all up. So confused.

  • Thanks everyone- all great advice. I will keep it in mind for future reference. Like I said, anxiety and nervousness is a rare emotion for me, but I want to be prepared with a plan the next time I do experience those emotions- prayer, yoga and a hot shower are all on the top of my list!
