I'd definitely say 30 Day Shred. It is only 20 minutes, so it is easy to fit into your day, and it is challenging enough to feel as if you really worked out. :)

Mine is around 25 pounds. I'll shoot over a friend request. Can always use support :)

Definitely painful, but you can find a good salon where the waxer does it FAST (it is over before the pain sets in). Definitely worth it though.

I have a pretty bad anxiety disorder and working out helps the most. But also going for a walk outside listening to mellow music helps me alot. Helps to quiet my thoughts/

Tend to have a habit of wearing short, floaty dresses. Let's just say they are not made for walking along a major street. Traffic goes by and the skirts tend to lift. Showed my goodies to everyone on Sunset Blvd one day

The above posted is great. I've found that I am able to somewhat reduce the intensity of a panic/anxiety attack by (usually) going outside, controlling my breathing, and reciting my mantra of the day (generally something like "be calm" or "calm down" or "this is only temporary, you aren't trapped").

Yeah, I just got through a several week funk where I binged to help with my extreme anxiety. I will say that trying to go for a walk or a jog really helped me get through the desire to binge and somewhat relieve the momentary anxiety. And not keeping any bad food in the house (though grub hub makes it really easy to buy…

Hey guys. I am Angelina and I have generalized anxiety disorder and a pretty bad depression right now. I have suffered with anxiety all of my life and generally can manage, but when things get stressful the anxiety and panic gets so bad and I get super depressed. I finally found a med combo that works, but unfortunately…

Hi there. I saw this and can relate somewhat. I have an anxiety disorder and depression and for the past few weeks every night I have felt compelled to eat (and I mean EAT) at night. I can do well all day (similar to you) but get to a certain point where I have to binge. I don't know if it is just a way my anxiety is…

I am about 5'9" with a larger frame and am aiming for around 155-160. This is the weight where I can comfortably maintain without having to constantly diet. I am pretty active and tend to put on muscle super easily, so I know I will never be a twig, just want to get back to a healthy weight :)
