  • @cmriverside I just kept forgetting. Crazy mornings with the kids and i just concentrated on them and forgot my stuff
  • @pinuplove thank you! I think that's my deal too. I realized I haven't taken my antidepressant in about a month. Just kept forgetting. I made sure to take it today so hopefully that helps.
  • I cannot get this to come up! :( Can someone please describe the move to me?
  • I know exactly what you mean. Having people to help you out makes all the difference. I need that too! :)
  • Variety is key for me. I get bored easily and that is why I can never do the 30 day shred. I am actually working with a trainer and she changes it up for me each week. Its so fun! Now if I could just get my eating under control
  • My trainer has me do this and it's so fun. Makes time fly.
  • No you haven't! :-) my boy will sleep with us sometimes too. But he falls alseep in his crib. They are only young once. We gotta enjoy it while We can right?!
  • I know exactly what you mean! I have a 15 month old that is the same exact way. Hes my first and of course I held him all the time. I didnt listen to anyone when they said not to hold him 24/7. Oh well. I try to work out as soon as I got home but he just screamed and wanted to be held. Even when I would have my step son…
  • I do this allot. Even at night after work. Trying to stop this habit.
  • My mini goal is to stay on target with my calories and to get my work out in tonight. That should be a challenge to work out since my LO has been fussy lately.
  • I never thought of Mrs. Dash. Great idea.
  • Thats a good Idea. I binge after work so maybe my afternoon snack should be something with protein.
  • I would love to look like the photo you posted. I looked like that on my wedding day and that is what I am striving for.
  • Being Lazy, no motivation, being consumed with televison, computers, electrionic gadets. Convenience foods. So many things contribute to this and I myself am no exception to this. All this is why I look the way I do. I cannot change each and every American but I can change myself and I can be a better example for my…
  • With me being a binger I don’t think this is a good idea for me. It will set me up to fail and everything will get washed away. Some people have success and some don’t. Losing weight is about finding what works for you because every body is different and in different ways. Good luck to you for finding something that works.…
  • The book is called “Binge Breaker; Stop Out of Control Eating and Lose Weight” by Dr. Peter M Miller I HIGHLY recommend it.
  • I am the same way. I was sooo addicted to the books. I would have them on my iphone kindle and read them at work. Needless to say now that those are done I am actually getting work done.
  • Not too much today! Got a friends wedding tomorrow and thats about it for the whole weekend.
  • I agree. I would give them your room. its only for a weekend.
  • I agree. The side plank is killer! My trainer had me do that and boy oh boy did I feel it for day's!
  • I am the exact same way! I hate being like this. I try to change and I fail. M going to log every bite I take so I can see just how much I'm taking in. Maybe that will help.
  • Try kick boxing or Zumba dvd's to help burn fat and tighten the core at the same time. I know with those two work outs you need to keep your belly tight.
  • You are not alone in this. I have the same problem. What I find helpful is keeping busy right as soon as I get home. Starting next week I am going to work out as soon as I get home and keep mysef busy. Maybe that will help you as well.
  • I am battleing this as well. I actually found a great book. Its Called Binge Breaker. It seems to help. It talks about why people binge and allot of the stories in there I can relate to.
  • Dont give up!!! You are worth it to be healthy and fit! Try to mix things up a bit. Change your calorie intake and your work outs. Try some weight lifting to help build muscle. You can do this!!! MFP is such a great support system.
  • I thought this too. But I figure, you will never see these people again so go ahead and work out outdoors. I was like this in the gym too but like a coworker said they are busy doing their own thing to sit and watch you work out. And when I see people outside working out/running/walking I think good for them to get out and…
  • Yes, the yoga mat would be a great idea. Good Luck!
  • When I was working with a personal trainer, she said you dont necessarly need to eat before working out. She said if you wanted to, try something small like a few almonds, 1/2 banana, or something like that. When I worked out in the am I would just get up and go with out eating.
  • Great advice all – Thank you! My husband works nights so he cant help out much during the week. He would watch him if he work up in the AM so I could go to the gym at 3:30 am but that has just been too hard. I kept wanting to fall asleep on my way home from work. I think I will work out when I get home and let my 9 yr old…
  • I am that way...I feel self conscious having people watch me work out. Plus you can get your cardio in no matter what the weather. Or I can put my baby in his swing and work out. Its also a time thing too. I also feel that I burn more doing Jillian, Insantiy, whatever. Its each individuals preference. As long as they get…
