I personally find I lose faster and easier with low carb high protein and I never get freaked out if the protein or fats go into the red in my micros :-)

I've got a six month supply but the way I eat now there's really no need for them. I keep them around in case I get stuck eating out but so far I haven't had to take any.

I started this 45 days ago and I hit 26lbs loss today! The down side is the only clothes that are getting too big so far are my bras :wink:

Cooking is my passion, I didn't eat fast food but boy did I cook big! I would make my own pasta, ravioli and cheesecakes. I baked batches of fresh bread every other day and all my sauces we made with heavy cream. Now I poach, grill and roast, no more bread, pasta or cream sauces.

Once about 10 years ago, I worked at Herbal Magic. I was in the back room having lunch with my coworkers and one of them yelled "BEE FLEW UP YOUR PANT LEG!" Well the strip clubs in Canada are pretty raunchy, my closest friend since I was a kid was a feature dancer and she told me what really goes on in those places and trust me it's not "look but don't touch" more like if you've got the cash I've got the junk. So yeah I'm up for looking but touching and getting down and dirty…

^^^^^THIS^^^^ I looked too and yeah, bad choices all around. See if you can try to eat whole healthy foods daily and have the processed stuff on RARE occasions. Also make sure to weigh and measure EVERYTHING. It will make an enormous difference :-) good luck
