Thanks! Yes i just lowered my intake to 2k just to be on the safe side but i think eating less sweets and more veggies or healthy stuff and water will be good to do..

I know I am under but I started MFP at 175 (logged as 174) - down to 168 now after 23 days but I would like to join :)

Water - 9-12 cups a day everyday no matter what Tea - 1-2 cups a day sometimes Coffee -1 cup sometimes Juice -1 cup sometimes Been doing this for the last 22 days and don't plan to quit :)
