  • I'm currently on day 5 of 14 of a vegan cleanse. I found it on a great blog called "plate & simple". It's not raw, but its fabulous! I feel radiant and its only day 5! :)
  • i found a pasta in the organic section of the grocery store last evening that was made from just brown rice, rice bran & water. maybe take a look around for an alternative like that, if you still want the feel of eating pasta.

  • the numbers haven't changed, but how do you feel? how do your clothes feel? that's a lot of workout...my guess is that you've probably lost some fat but gained muscle...and that improves your health and speeds up your motabolism. :) keep it up, you'll see change.
  • while i haven't had an c-sections, i have some droopy skin on my stomach as well after losing the fist 60 pounds. for me, the only things that consistantly works is pilates. i found a 20 minute routine on dvd that i can do at home a few times a week and it makes all the difference. (when i actually stick at it. lol.)
