What are your grocery list staples? The items you buy every time and have to have every week?

    Oikos vanilla greek yogurt, string cheese (my new favorite is Weight Watchers), fruit, green giant steamer vegetables (without the sauce), sara lee 45 calorie bread, jif natural peanut butter, sugar free jelly, sugar free pudding, skinny cow ice cream (not all the time), 100 calorie pack of almonds (forgot the name), sargento reduced fat swiss cheese.

    These are my usuals :-)

    Fage 0% plain Greek yogurt
    Mini Babybell Light cheese
    Natural peanut butter (ingredients: peanuts, salt)
    Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal
    Brown rice
    Vegetables (whatever is in season is best)
    Chicken- boneless/skinless thighs or breast
    Ground bison (buffalo)
    Beans- pantry staple, whether it is pintos, garbanzos, black beans...love 'em all

    Sweet treats: frozen yogurt (love Stonyfield Farms Cookies & Cream)
    Stonyfield Farms fat free yogurt in the flavor "Chocolate Underground"

    Snack chips: Trader Joe's flax seed tortilla chps
    Pop Chips (like potato chips but so low cal)

    First stop: fruit and veg section (my basics there are cucumber, onion, tomato, spinach, bell peppers, spring onion)
    Then organic semi skimmed Uht milk.
    Some type of goats cheese, usually soft.
    Organic natural yoghurt.
    A LOT of tinned tuna and sardines.
    Tinned tomatoes.
    Frozen fish fillets.
    Turkey breasts.
    Quorn steaks.
