5'5 here doing 1330 cals per day. Add me if you like . I have a ways to go . I would like to lose 116 more to get me to 150 and will re evaluate then!

I have no gall bladder. I just have to watch foods high in fat and if I have salad I try my best to eat it at home!!

do you mind sharing some info with me about the diet.Like what do you eat mainly and what do you avoid? Also what is the book called??

it gives me a tummy ache when I take it with my breakfast, so my doctor changed mine to extended tabs and I take it in the evening without any problems.If that makes any sense.

wow! I seem to have the most weight on me...I am 5'4 and weigh 268. I would do love to be in the 125 range! I keep saying this is my year and hopefully if my back will cooperate it will be! Add me if you like!!
