Ok this sounds like fum.... My name is Pam, 44 years old CW: 271 GW: 199 (oh if I could see it.....then I will change my goal to 150) H: 5'5 married mother of 2 - son (21) and a Daughter (16) work 40 hrs a week My goal is to work out at least 5 days a week!

I had to make a Walmart run and picked up two videos....5 day walk plan, I noticed alot of y'all like that one and Walk Slim, 5 really big miles. I hope to work up to being able to do the whole 5 miles in one exercise setting!!
