    Hey that's still great!!! If you feel like you can up in weight, find something around the house! Bags of flour, potatoes, jug of milk, jug of laundry soap. etc! No need to spend on more weights if you can increase just around the house :)

    Hi, I have been registered with MFP but haven't been on here. A friend on facebook told me about htis same challenge and I accepted it! I will accept it on here as well!!!! So excited and will check in AND psot pics mid December and the End of December to show my progress!!!!

    I'm in too! My booty needs some work. I usually try to remember to do about 10 every time I have to go pee. Of course, I forget half the time, so this will be helpful to remind me. (Not WHILE I'm peeing!! After, before I leave the room. It's how I sneak in exercise at work.)
