Don't you fret! ; ) That said I do squats and Brazil Butt Lift dvd's regularly oh and climb lots of stairs! I have lost 8 inches on my hips and 4 on my thighs! All of the above and I found that stairs worked for me! I started out at 10 flights a day and now average 20 flights a day! I trimmed 4 inches off my thighs and it did not start happening until I started adding stairs into my daily routine! Good luck to you! :flowerforyou:

Love the Zevia all flavors! My kids even drink them! You have to get used to the stevia after taste, but for someone like me who should not have much sugar, it's perfect! Hubby and I have started drinking apple beer! Tasty and gluten free! You just have to taste test them and find which kind you like best. We prefer the Mikes Crisp apple but Hornsby's crisp apple is good too! Congrats on your success! Keep up the great work! :drinker: :flowerforyou:

Something I learned on my Journey and still stick to except the cereal isle, is to stick to the outside isles. Most grocery stores are the set up the same. Start at the veggies and thru the meats and fish and dairy then out the door! :wink: :flowerforyou:

Mine varies from day to day. That said I do eat the bulk of my cals between breakfast and lunch and snacks. Dinner is always light and I try not to eat after 7 pm. For me, the more protein and fat I eat the less hungry I am later in the day! Late night snacks can be many peoples downfall!
