My husband and I couldn't wait to spread the news, so we told our family the day we found out we were pregnant, then updated the rest of our extended family and friends about a week after that!
-
I have been doing light exercise four days a week, I will do yoga, light strength training, and a few cardio workouts. My back has really started bothering me so I did not get my usual in this week, but my husband massaged and then iced my lower back and it feels soooo much better now. I even did my yoga today!
-
Agree with all of the above!! My husband and I also met online, we have been happily married going on two years and are expecting our first baby next year! :D Now when you go into online dating you are able to weed through some of the people that you know you would not be compatible with, and there are some strange…

This is our first baby! I am 17 weeks and we hopefully find out next week if we are having a boy or a girl!
-
I am a first time momma pregnant with our first child! I am a little over 17 weeks along, tracking intake and lightly exercising 4-5 days a week! I will send you a friend request!

Welcome and congrats on your pregnancy!!! I am almost 17 weeks and now that the second trimester has left me feeling pretty good (minus hearburn and headaches) I have most of my energy back and also want to find some great DVDS and suggestions on prenatal exercise! I know yoga is supposed to be great, I have been using…

I am also pregnant and trying to stay healthy throughout my pregnancy! I will be 17 weeks pregnant on Saturday, so far my gain has been slow, hoping to keep it that way and hoping to be able to maintain my current weight if at all possible (I am overweight, doctor said I could gain 11-15 lbs, and maintain.).
-
Yes I am struggling with eating the full amount of calories that I need every day. However I am quite larger than you, so my maintenance is more plus the 300 on top of that! On a typical day I am supposed to be eating 2300 calories. I started off my second trimester very hungry after all the nausea in the first trimester…

I started wearing yoga pants in week 10 because I started to pooch in my lower abdomen and my jeans were too uncomfortable. Last week, at 14 weeks along, my husband and I went shopping since I have already outgrown my bras and need tops. I can still fit into my dresses comfortably as well as my skirts, but it is starting…

I have heard about this and have considered checking it out. This is our first baby, and my husband is completely supportive and encouraging of me wanting a natural childbirth in the hospital. I have a pretty good outlook on things, and pregnancy yoga is helping to calm my mind, as well as watching documentaries/shows…

We are having our first baby due on April 19th!!! Glad to see everyone else in here who are having April babies!!
-
I was in the process of losing a TON of weight pre pregnancy, so I definitely plan on walking post baby, then once I am cleared by my doctor to resume regular exercise, I am definitely getting back into my main routine of P90X, Insanity, Jillian Michaels' workouts, and running!
-
I LOVE Pop Sugar Fitness on Youtube for their prenatal workouts, the yoga one is the only full body weight one but the others are great too!
-
Feel free to add me as well! This is our first baby, currently 15 weeks along, due date is April 19th!

10 weeks: +1 lbs 15 weeks: +4 lbs Total gain so far= 5lbs

I am also keeping track of calories, nutrients, and water. I log my weight gain in my pregnancy book that my doctor provided, and goal is to gain anywhere from 11-20lbs since I was overweight pre-pregnancy. I am 15 weeks as of tomorrow and have had a 5lb gain, the first trimester I lost a little from morning sickness, but…

My husband and I both started the first week of Insanity! This morning is Pure Cardio, I am nervous and excited for it!
-
Yaaaayyy!!!! Congrats on the pregnancy and the healthier body!!!!

I am a newly wed as well! We just had a ceremony and reception for our family and friends earlier this month, but we had a JOP in September. We've been married almost three months. I know where you are coming from though, I was upset because I wanted to lose about 15 pounds before our wedding this month, I lost inches but…
-
Woohooooo!!! What a difference, you look younger already too! Keep it up, stay strong and don't give up!
-
I am on day 13 and Level 2 and I love it! It is definitely a challenging workout, but I have already gotten stronger than I was on day 1. Take your measurements if you haven't already, I'm not losing a bunch of weight but have already lost an inch off my arms and from my hips! Keep going, you can do this!
-
Wow you look amazing!!!!!
-
Do your best and forget the rest! Take it day by day and never quit on yourself again!

I have fought insomnia for years and finally am starting to get into a more normal sleep schedule. I sleep about 7 hours a night, no less than 6 when I can manage it, and usually no more than 8-9. 7-8 seems to be where the magic happens.
-
Don't worry about what those people say because I get the same thing and I just look at them like 0_o Haha, you probably carry your weight super well too so I understand why people make those comments. Keep it up because you are almost there and congrats on your success thus far!
-
I only eat them back if I am hungry and need to, just listen to your body, experiment and see what works best for you!
-
You look so beautiful and young and happy! What an inspiration!!

There are so many different types of workout DVDs to try and it's all about what excites you and fits you best. I love P90X and Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, which I am currently doing now before giving P90X another go. Also my husband and I have Insanity and we are going to start that after I finish with my 30 Day Shred…
