People think its a quick fix. It's not a solution. You have to learn to eat better and you can't be on this drug long term. The dependency is false hope in the end. Lose weight by changing your lifestyle not taking short cut and hoping for a miracle.

A friend of mine was just telling me about these videos. I found one on Amazon for $7.50. I think I might give them a try it's something I can do in my basement after i put the baby down. A lot of the time my excuse for not working out is not wanting to leave the house. Especially when it's cold.

We have a fairly cheap water walking program in the summer through our local pool/water park! I love that, haven't done it in years but plan on doing it again once Summer hits!

My problem is I don't really know which exercises to do to focus on my core and my back. I'm worried that my posture hinders my form greatly and because I've never really been one to workout I'm not sure I'd be able to point out if my form was wrong therefore causing more back pain?!
