I book the whole week of classes at once, too -- makes me commit. I signed up for Tue-Fri this week. I just got back from #15 for April. Today I was floored by scissor curls. I can do them if that's all I'm doing, but at the very end of a whole ab routine -- killer.

sun-wed: 0 thu: 3.75 fri: 0 sat: 4.25 total: 8 and with that, i've finished at 10 week fitness wager to run at least three times a week. this was the last week, and the only week I wasn't able to complete all three runs. i hope to continue to run even without the incentive.
