Shoot go for it - low carb and add some HIIT to your workouts.

Believe it or not cottage cheese is AMAZING in tuna!

Ok so I'm a little new at this myself, but I'll try to help =D So the most important calculation is the TDEE - this is the amount of calories your body burns in a 24 hour timeframe (all activities). Your TDEE equals 2014 calories a day. So if you want to lose weight you want to reduce your calories by 15% or 20%. So if you…

Just 2 lbs, but keep in mind I'm a woman and I only have <20 lbs to lose. Are you thinking about going low carb?
-
I would say lift as heavy as you can - if you don't lift much start off maybe one day a week and increase to the very max of 4 (or whatever is comfortable for you). I had children so my boobs have dropped a bit - I've been doing chest exercises for about 2 months and noticed they are more lifted - a big enough change for…

Feel free to add me - once I reach my goal weight - my total weight loss will be 100lbs. That is unbelievable lol Start weight 242 * after 5 months lost 77lbs * currently 160 with 20 more lbs to lose =D

So far I've lost 78lbs - I work out 5 - 6 days a week and nothing has really changed - just my diet. I'm assuming that my body is going through a shock from having processed food to some/none.

You should not categorize food as "bad". Food is food, and it has a particular calorie count. You can eat what you want as it fits into your calorie goal. That said, what you eat needs to keep you feeling full so that you can stay within your calorie goal for the day. You might need to limit some of the higher calorie…
