I think it is the day to get back into a good routine! I am also doing the same, i did not loose as much as you but almost 20 lbs earlier this year and gained almost 10 back. I joined a ten day challenge, i am very competitive and this is my motivator right now! Good luck to you!

That would be tough! Keep a lot of healthy snacks in your office that you really like, when you want to sample or munch start with teh good snacks. Let yourself have the tempting things once a while but load up on all your favorite good snacks!

I eat pizza, cookies and all kinds of "bad" things... I eat these things when i want to reward myself but i make sure to skip juice at breakfast or leave a quarter of my sandwich at lunch. It is all about moderation. I have to eat this stuff occasionally or i will be missing it so much that i will eat too much of it.

LOVE yoga! Yoga is good to do because it really stretches you out and if you are doing any weight lifting it will help stretch the muscles!

Sometimes you need to give into the cravings, give in to reward yourself once you reach a goal or have a great workout that you wanted to do! If you are looking for something salty to snack on grab a healthy salty snack... i am a salt person... i try to lean on nuts, almonds are the best!! Or get some baked chips and salsa

As you increase your fiber make sure you are increasing your water, it helps a ton! Also, as you change your eating habits your bathroom habits will change... once your body gets used to the food program you will get back to normal but yes i went through a similar thing!

My sister hides veggies in everything her kids eat because they are so picky, she shreds zuccinni and puts it in spaghetti sauce and meatloaf/ meatballs. My favorite is having pre-made baggies of my favorite veggies ready to go in the fridge... then when I want to much i grab those instead of chips.

Weekends are tough for me too! Why don't you only allow yourself one dessert verse at every meal. Enjoy the food but remember moderation is best! Enjoy the conference!
