  • I try to use meat markets as much as I can, my wife got this from Shaws I think. We buy it, package it, then freeze it. Trying to see what it is alone, so I can add my own seasoning. Add it to my recipes.

  • I did the math today. If I eat Oatmeal, Blueberries and Coconut Oil, that put me @312. Cutting out the honey and raisins. I used the honey to fight allergies, but I also use honey in my Apple Cider Vinegrr drink. SO I don't need both servings.

  • Ya it makes it much better. Coconut Oil can increase your energy, helping you burn more fat, which is why I like in the morning before my walk, I actually feel stronger...IDK, its weird... I also read it can reduce your hunger.

  • I agree with all of you. I was totaly shocked at what she said. I almost told her to find a new one, but I bit my tongue. I was just amazed at what she came back with....I agree on the trail mix, but I tend to avoid the one with candy in it. I want to go next time to see what else she has to say.
