Yes! I've lost almost 25 pounds and my boobs are still huge. My band size has gone down but the cup size is the same. I've also lost 4" from my waist. I've been doing tons of squats and lunges so my butt has actually gotten bigger but that's a good thing since it was totally wide and flat before I started exercising.

Yes but not on hands, face or neck. Go to a reputable shop. The feet hurt, anywhere over bone is painful. I love my foot tattoo though, it was with it.

I love broccoli slaw. I tried it on a whim and it is just delicious with a little Asian sesame dressing and diced chicken breast.

My gym has an aqua Zumba class once a week. I did it once but the time isn't convenient for me so I haven't gone back. It is fun!

My twins start first grade in a few weeks. Last year (kindergarten) I volunteered in their classroom one day per week, volunteered in the library twice a month, did PTO activities, etc. I'm very active at their school, I lead my daughter's Daisy troop as well so I work on planning and troop management during school hours.…

I had to get the shots last summer, I'm maintaining my levels now with a great sublingual from Costco. I felt better after a few days of shots, I hope it works for you!

Sounds like shin splints. Did you stretch before? It helps me if I stretch out my calves before running.

I love Fage brand, I add honey, pumpkin flax granola, fresh strawberries, blueberries etc. It is so good and very filling.
