45 mins at Gym- WHAT TO DO?!

Bonjour all,
I'm going to the gym after work tonight, but I only have 45 mins (maybe an hour MAX) before I have to clean myself up for a date with Batman.
Does any one have any suggestions for the best possible work out I can do at a gym with relatively meagre facilities? If possible I'd like really specific advice- I know I should do HIIT, but if anyone could expand on what EXACTLY I can do I would be super appreciative!

If I only had 45 minutes, I would do low bar barbell squats going to parallel or just below. If you could only do one exercise, that would be the one that would benefit you the most. After some good warm up sets with lighter weights, do three sets of 5 reps with the most weight you can squat and still maintain good form.0

My trainer would say:
Five minutes in the treadmill at 2.8 mph and 2 elevation
Two sets of squats
Two sets of forward and side lunges
Two sets of hanging dead lifts
Two sets on the butt blaster quad machine
More cardio of you have time0
